we have integrated the 2 Genesys web messenger in our web application based on different criteria (Standard web messenger and Intent Based web messenger), whenever the conversation with agent starts, we have integrated our application(Agent desktop) with Genesys dashboard. usually the customer information is pulled in Genesys Dashboard for standard web messenger. But when we are doing the same with Intent based messenger there, we are facing issue to pull the user Information.
