    I do not see a Favorites tile that can be saved like you could in the old UI.  I can pin a directory and mark users a favorites, but it does not function like the old UI.  Am I missing something or was this feature redacted from the new UI.

    I don't see this either, and it appears that it has been removed and we have to start using it differently, sadly as it was used by some of our agents as well.

    @John Humma & @DANETTE BABYN - Check out the New UI Known Issues thread to hear some good discussion about the Favorites feature, where it lives in the new UI, and requests for a dedicated button in the new UI 😉
