I'm new to Genesys cloud. So I'm learning the basics in GC. So may I know how to find the CALL ID for a call and how can I view or download the call in the pure cloud? I searched in the Resource center, but no luck on this. Please advise on how to proceed. Thanks in advance.

Are you trying to find the call id programmatically or trying to find the call inside the UI? Please let me know.
