I'm trying to debug a genesys cloud flow but the DEBUG option is disabled. Could someone tell me what the problem could be?

Hello,
I just found this page on the Resource Center about testing a flow.
See this note: " *Currently, the debug feature is available to English language-only flows. If you debug a flow with additional languages, or languages other than English, the flow will not debug properly.*"
I also tried on one of my Inbound Call flow, adding another language (French) on top of English, and the debug option then becomes greyed out. So I assume this is probably the same issue you have (other languages than English in your flow).

I did de same test and the result was the same. No debugg option yet.

Hello,
I am not entirely sure to understand. Do you mean you removed all languages from your flow, except English (en-US - United-States) [in Settings - Supported Languages], and that the debug option is still disabled? Does it work (debug option available) when you create a new Inbound Call flow?
