We would like to know for how long are the recordings (.zips, images, audios, etc.) of a conversation available for download?

The download URL is valid for one hour. Once it has expired, a new download URL must be generated.

The question is more about how long are these messageMediaAttachments stored in Genesys (open messaging interactions).
