Hello,
Our customer requires that some information beyond the ACW code be filled during ACW time. The customer insists that ACW should only be finished after the agent completes all the required information. We created a webpage and embedded it in the script session, but we were not able to force the agent to fill in the information before closing the interaction. Is there any possibility of doing that?
