    Three hours later...
    Architect Flow: 37 modified tasks, 12 new variables, 4 data actions, and one existential crisis.

    A Genesys developer's three stages of debugging:

    1. Check Architect.
    2. Check Logs.
    3. Blame DNS.
    4. Discover it was a timezone issue all along.

    😄 Because in contact centre projects, it's always either DNS, certificates, or time zones!
