Hi,
I want to know from where we will get the search string, Is this from architect flow. To one of our customer the search string is some guid/interaction ID. Where do we configure this at Genesys, Is there any way to change it to anything from ANI. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Shivani_m The value depends on the type of interaction. Example values include an email address for email interactions, or a phone number for call, callback, outbound dialing, SMS and WhatsApp messages, and ACD voicemail interactions.

Yes, is there a way to change that to GUID/interaction id instead of email address/phone number in the genesys?
