Hi everyone,
Is it possible to trigger a custom GC UI alert /notification via API? For example, the supervisor should receive pop-up in Genesys UI when someone calls 911, is there any way to accomplish this?

Hi Andrea,
Not that I know of. The Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal can be used to create feature requests to get the attention of project managers.
