Is it possible to integrate Genesys Architect tool with any directory such as ServiceNow and Azure Active Directory for data mining?

Hi @Nishanth We do have integrations for ServiceNow with varying degrees of integration. You can visit AppFoundry and search 'ServiceNow' to see the listings and explore them. Also, you may find this high-level integration guide useful.
