I'm also very interested in understanding the official path for this one. Maybe someone from the Genesys team can confirm which courses, certifications, or prerequisites are required to earn the AI Strategist badge.

To get the Genesys Customer Success - Certified AI Orchestrator badge, you need to complete the three AI Essentials certifications available in the Genesys Learning Subscription / 1000 points path:
1. AI Essentials for Developers Certification
2. AI Essentials for Business Users Certification
3. AI Essentials for System Administrators Certification
After completing each one, you should receive the individual badge for that certification. Once you have all three badges, the Genesys Customer Success - Certified AI Orchestrator badge should be issued as the combined/final badge.
