I followed the steps in the link to enable the kore ai integration. https://developer.kore.ai/docs/bots/channel-enablement/adding-genesys-chat-as-a-channel/
However, when calling the bot from architect it errors out.
Error Type: InternalServiceError Error Message: The bot session has failed.
How can i troubleshoot this?
