Good afternoon Forum:
When we use the https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/conversations/#post-api-v2-conversations-callbacks endpoint to create a callback interaction, what is the limit or the maximum quantity of custom attributes that we could set in the data object of the callback data that needs to be sent in the request body?
I appreciate your answers.

Hi @wchavez - apologies for the delay while I figured out how best to answer this.
We do not impose any formal limits on the custom attributes at this point in time, however this is likely something that needs to change. There is a physical limit in place where the conversations will eventually start to crash if the data sizes are exceeded. This will unfortunately not produce errors that are clear or recoverable.
As a general guideline, I would suggest keeping your total data sizes (the sum of all keys and values) to be 1KB or less. Will that be suitable for your requirements?
