Bring Your Own Technology (BYOT) Rate E and Rate A changes
On January 1, 2026, Genesys will adjust the pricing to BYOT-E for Audio Connectors and BYOT-A for third-party TTS. The impact for existing customers that use BYOT-E and BYOT-A depends on the current usage and commitment volumes. For direct impact dates to BYOT Rate A and BYOT Rate E, organizations should refer to their Genesys Cloud contract.
- BYOT-E (Rate E) for third-party Audio Connectors: Increases to $0.10 per minute.
- BYOT-A (Rate A) for third-party Text-to-Speech (TTS) voices: Increases to $4 per million characters.
Note:
- Genesys Cloud enables features for release starting on Monday and completing by the end of the day Thursday, per region. If you do not see a feature enabled for your organization by the following business day, check the required subscriptions and permissions provided in the Release Notes and related documentation. If you confirm the subscription and permissions and still experience issues, contact Customer Care.
- Some features may require an integration add-on.
