Hello Everyone!
I was asked to provide a list of URLs / FQDNs / IPs that Genesys dashboards are collecting data from, I asked Genesys Support on this they've told me:
"You would have IP addresses instead of FQDNs. In order to get the IP addresses, you have to run the GET /api/v2/ipranges API, If IP addresses won't work, please ask in Developer Forum instead."
So here I am looking for help on this as I don't have the knowledge on this, if someone been through this or can help me I would appreciate it

Go to GET /api/v2/ipranges
Click the Add Account button in the upper right to login as yourself. When you get back to the page click execute request.
Parse through the returned results for the data you need.
