    Loving the new Genesys Orchestrators platform so far – such a cool experience! 🙌

    But I've noticed that some badges don't show up even after completing the activities.

    For example, I signed up for the Genesys Status Page but still don't see the badge. 🤔 Anyone else running into this too?

    I'm also running into that issue. I also can't watch my personalized video, and my education account isn't recognised.

    I agree @Busra Sahin about the overall experience--this is such a treat for Genesys customers.

    I'm having the same issue as you @Johan Danielsson with respect to my Education account not being recognized, thus preventing me from achieving 1 of the 2 required activities. And like @Busra Sahin mentioned, I also noticed I have completed several of the Additional activities, yet they are not lit up.

    All this said, I was able to meet with some of the team members that manage this site, and know they're actively working on addressing several of these and other issues they've encountered. I have confidence they'll read this thread and will respond accordingly at some point.

    I agree here. The new portal and Gamification approach is very slick. But some items like the Video and Education account are not triggering completion along with other historical items look incorrect.

    Hopefully a teething phase and then we'll all have our parts in the concert :)

    This is the same challenge I have run into too! I just got back from Xperience and I was jazzed to finally sit down and dedicate some time to it but I can't get going because of the hiccups. I'm sure they'll fix it, it was just disappointing.

    Currently the portal has some delays refreshing the tasks completed.
    Also, the portal take the certification earned but not take all the courses completed linked with the cert.

    I can tell they are working on it - today I got a little farther in being able to watch my personalized video... it finally recognized my login, but I did end up in an infinite loop... a test of wills and the system won - this round... lol.

    Hi Chastity!

    You can earn points within Orchestrators every time you complete an eligible activity within the portal, or earn one of the badges in the Achiever's Lounge. You can also earn points for completing advocacy activities offline, like speaking at a Genesys event, attending a local Community Day, or sharing your customer success story.

    Lifetime points are the total number of points you have earned for all activities you have completed as an Orchestrator. This is a running total and will only increase.
    Redeemable points are the total number of points you have earned for all activities completed as an Orchestrator - minus any points that have been redeemed for rewards.
