Hi All ,
Just wanted to check what different languages are supported with Genesys Purecloud SMS. Going through the Genesys Purecloud SMS feature and unable to find the supported languages for US region. Can someone please guide and share the supported documentation and links.

Anchit,
Been doing some digging around and there really are not any channel-specific articles on language support. This is probably the most applicable article I am able to locate which touches on supported languages in the Agent desktop:

Having support for GSM and UCS-2 we should be able to successfully send messages for Latin and non-Latin alphabets; however, it is important to note the character count difference between the two. Messages containing solely GSM characters have a character limit of 160 whereas messages containing characters outside of the GSM character set have a character limit of 70 as noted in this article:
