Hi we need to use Genesys Soap Adapter to make request to a customer ws soap, in the documentatione (https://resttosoap.genesyscsp.com/help.html) there is an example request, but is no clear how write "httpheader" section.
the soap ws want this header: <soapenv:Header> <ret:SessionHeader> <ret:sessionId>xxxxxxxxxxxxxx</ret:sessionId> </ret:SessionHeader> </soapenv:Header>
we try to use "httpHeaders" object in request body, but don't work: "httpHeaders": { "sessionId": "xxxxxxxxxxxxxx" }
Any suggestion or more documentation about soap adapter?

Hello, I think you may be in the wrong place. This forum is exclusively for the Genesys Cloud CX product, which does not have a SOAP connector to my knowledge. You can find forums for the other Genesys products here: https://community.genesys.com/home

Hi Tim we are using a Genesys Product that is a proxy from rest/soap (https://appfoundry.genesys.com/filter/genesyscloud/listing/e75e1f0b-49f8-4608-92a0-4887f57546a5), I hoped that someone still have experience with thisintegration.

Ah, I see. Thanks for the link. It looks like that app is published by the Genesys PS group. You can open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to get support for the Genesys PS apps.
