Hi there,
I was unsure how to report this issue. When on the Genesys Support portal, and you open the Web Messenger widget, you aren't able to reach the delete button (trash can) because the toggle button for Genesys Knowledge Network hovers on top of it.
I was going to log a ticket via Genesys Support, but there is no option to not select a Genesys Cloud org to log it this way, so this is the best option I have.

Current work around is to have to zoom in or out to access the hidden delete button. Not a great experience!
