  • 1.  Genesys Support portal Web Messenger widget issue

    Hi there,

    I was unsure how to report this issue. When on the Genesys Support portal, and you open the Web Messenger widget, you aren't able to reach the delete button (trash can) because the toggle button for Genesys Knowledge Network hovers on top of it.

    I was going to log a ticket via Genesys Support, but there is no option to not select a Genesys Cloud org to log it this way, so this is the best option I have.

    This is what the top of the Web Messenger widget loods like once its opened

    Current work around is to have to zoom in or out to access the hidden delete button. Not a great experience!

    Hi @Clay Tison, it has been nearly a month since I reported this and it doesn't appear to be have been fixed? Is there another mechanism to report issues with your Customer Care portal?

    I even tried to use the chat widget to speak with an agent, but it appears to go around in loops and says it doesnt understand what I want to do.
