    A few moments from Genesys Xperience 2026.

    It was a great opportunity to reconnect with people, meet new professionals, exchange experiences, and discuss the future of CX, AI, automation, orchestration, and Genesys Cloud.

    Beyond the technology, one thing that always stands out to me is the importance of building and maintaining strong professional relationships. In our careers, the connections we create, the knowledge we share, and the way we support each other can be just as valuable as the solutions we implement.

    I also believe that, as professionals, we have the opportunity to influence others in a positive way - by sharing experiences, encouraging learning, challenging ideas respectfully, and setting an example through collaboration and consistency.

    It was great to reconnect with @Julio Cerasi and @Fabio Benati, professionals I respect and who represent this spirit of partnership, knowledge sharing, and positive influence in the CX ecosystem.

    Events like this remind us that technology evolves quickly, but people, relationships, and community are what truly make that evolution meaningful.

    Thanks to Genesys and everyone involved for the experience and the great conversations. Looking forward to continuing the conversation here.

    Great reflections, Fernando .

    Technology continues to evolve at an incredible pace, but the real impact always comes from the people behind it - the relationships we build, the collaboration we encourage, and the knowledge we are willing to share.

    Genesys Xperience was definitely a great opportunity to exchange ideas, reconnect with amazing professionals, and discuss how CX, AI, and automation are shaping the future of customer experience.

    It was great reconnecting with you. Looking forward to continuing these conversations and building even more together across the CX ecosystem.
