Hi,
I'm searching for an action to get the count of agent in queue with a specific language.
I need it to when I open a chat I can check if have any agent with the specific language in queue, to if not I'll send a message to send a email to us.

Hi Nicolas,
I suggest opening a parallel question in the "Analytics and Reporting" room to figure out how to write the query you need, or if it is even possible to answer this question in the form of a query.
Once you have that in hand creating the data action is pretty straightforward.
