With the new release to send the Agent Name and Profile information on the Web Messaging Guest API.
We have two questions:
- Could we get this name and picture with some API?
- It's possible to create the section to add the Agent Name by the API? Actually we add the new section on the Person Details:

It's any other way to do this update, for example with the CLI, archy or CX as code?
Because we have a client with more than 1500 agents to add this new agent name option
Or If you have some tip to do this update we aprecciate it.

Hi @nlopez-gns - are you trying to #A centrally customize individual Agent names (I mean, each agent having a distinct public facing name)? Indeed, there's no API for this, at the moment it would be an Agent or Supervisor responsibility to manually update.
Or #B, would you rather have a "common" Agent name used across a given Messenger configuration? The use-case I have in mind would be for picking a generic Agent name like "Sales advisor" or "Service ambassador" or "Loan specialist" depending on the line of business.

No, all of our tooling is based on the Platform API, and that profile data unfortunately isn't part of it. Submitting an idea (or voting on an existing one) is the best way to communicate your interest in the feature to our product management team. Votes affect new feature prioritization (among other things).
