Hi All
I am a Newby on Genesys Architect. I just need to know the Formula to capture 6 digits in the flow. I have used
IsSet(Flow.varEnteredDigits) and (Length(Flow.varEnteredDigits)==6),
but it keeps going down the 'No' path !, is this my Variable setting at all ?. Thanks for any advice

Thanks for replying, however it’s the ‘Decision’ I was after rather than the Entered digits scenario, I need it to recognise that I ‘have’ entered the 6 digits and met the length criteria rather than how the digits were entered.
Can you help.
