I am looking to get a list of active calls and some details like Agent, duration, status (active/held/acw), Interactionid, and skill. which APIs can I used to get this accomplished?

Hello! It sounds like you're looking for Analytics Conversation Detail Query. Use a segment filter for segmentEnd not exists and purpose = "acd" to get conversations in queue.
