In the "conversation settings" of an user in the Genesys Cloud UI, the agent can mark if they want to use "Prepopulate queue field with last used queue." in a checkbox.
I would like to know how to retrieve this check info by API.
In other words, i want to get/set this configuration (see link below) by API: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/enable-last-used-queue-for-outbound-interactions-on-behalf-of-a-queue/
