I've been able to download transcript at conversation level by providing Conversation ID & Comm ID, however, unable to find the right API endpoints to do it bulk. I want to download recordings & transcripts of all interactions of a queue per each day.
Kindly point me to the right API endpoints to get this job done. I've referred Analytics, Routing, Conversation, Speech & Text Analytics APIs and couldn't seem to find the right endpoint.

Hi,
There is no endpoint for downloading transcripts in bulk. You'll have to programmatically go through all conversations in a queue to download the transcript for each conversation. You can always suggest your use case in the ideas portal: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas
