We are trying to solve a use case where a agent can make an call to customer on one click of a button from our application but for doing so we need to call an PureCloud API, for making the API call we need to pass auth token of that particular agent in headers, Is there any way we can get that auth token.

The best way to do this is through a OAuth Code Authorization grant .
