    Hi...

    I'm creating a process for getting state information of users. For doing that, I'm using "GetUserState" API. State seems to be ok, but "date of change" (state.StateChangeDate) not. For some users, each time I run the process, date of change shows current date/time.

    Is it right? If so, what the meaning of this function??? Is there a function for retrieving the real date/time???
