nothing changed in our embedded framework implementation with servicenow and now we are getting an error:
Blocked by Content Security Policy
An error occurred during a connection to apps.mypurecloud.com.
Firefox prevented this page from loading in this way because the page has a content security policy that disallows it.
Seems as though something has changed on the purecloud side. Can any of the devs assist with this?
Thanks!

Hello,
Could it be that someone enabled the "Restrict PureCloud Embedding" feature in your org? See here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/manage-purecloud-embedding/
I am not expert on Embedded Framework but I just gave it a try with a Private deployment (Development stage), and this is the message I see if the Restrict PureCloud Embedding is turned on, and if the parent domain (hosting the iframe) is not defined there.
As a note, after I tried to log in and got the Blocked by Content Security Policy error (because Allowed Embeddable Domain was missing), when I turned off the feature or configured the domain, I had to clear cache in my Firefox client to get it back in right state.
Hope this will help.
Regards,
