Hello Awesome Team,
We are playing with google dialogflow integration with PureCloud. What we abserve is when we create agents in Dialogflow Australian region (we set locale to English Australia), the instents are not listed in Architect.
But when we create the agent in Dialogflow US region, then all works good. We are concerned about data storage in regions.
Would like to know if Dialogflow australia region available for inegration. If we use US region will there be any policy issue like GDPR?
Your information will be much appreciated.

Currently we only support Google's multi-region for Google Dialogflow which is the US region.
Region support is new and still in Beta (for google) so we do not yet support the other regions yet.
When you use Dailogflow in US, you can review Google's policy: https://cloud.google.com/security/gdpr
