Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a special moment with the Community. Today I received this thoughtful gift from the Genesys team in recognition of being a 2026 Genesys Orchestrators Innovation Awards Developer Finalist.

This year has already been an incredible one, including becoming the first Genesys Orchestrators Maestro in the APAC region. I'm truly grateful for the opportunities the Genesys Community has provided.

I'd like to sincerely thank everyone who takes the time to share their ideas, innovations, and experiences. Every discussion, question, and solution helps someone else learn, grow, and build something even better.

This community has played a huge part in my own journey. I've learned so much from others, and I hope that by sharing our work at Monash University, I can give something back and help others on their own journeys.

Thank you to the Genesys team for this thoughtful gesture and for fostering such a supportive community. I look forward to continuing to learn, collaborate, and share new innovations with you all.
