HI all,
We are unable to create a new group with a specific name, we get the error that it already exists. We pull a list of groups from the API, but it does not show the group on the list.
POST /api/v2/groups/search

Would I need to log a support ticket to resolve as no one can see this group.

Hello,
If your group is not created in a different Division (I mean a division your current user doesn't have access to), then you should indeed create a ticket with Genesys Care.

Thanks for the feedback. My user is the Org admin and has all Divisions assigned. Will log a support ticket :slight_smile:
