    Hello,

    We were trying to get group voicemail unread count using API, it gives the below error. "message":"This request requires a user context. Client credentials cannot be used for requests to this resource.","code":"bad.request","status":400

    Is there a way to get the count from API without using Auth code/Implicit/SAML(as it prompts for user login)?

    Hi Ragavi,

    Sorry at this point this API only works with authentication that has a user context associated with it. I suggest you review our ideas portal and see if there is already out there and vote on it. Otherwise, feel free to create a new idea. The ideas portal can be found here.

    You will need to create a new idea as John stated but in the comment leave a link to this idea as well so they know it's related. https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/UCC-I-326 this one is the same permissions issue but is around getting the recording download link.
