How to remove the note "chat.acd.agent.joined" from displaying? the doc I am referring to:

That appears to be a screenshot of the standard web chat UI. The SDK is for building your own custom chat implementation in your website. Please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate why the agent name and message isn't being displayed correctly.
