  • 1.  Hardest Part of Learning Architect

    I'm interested to know how everyone's learning journey went with Architect. What was the hardest concept or feature for you to understand at first? For me, some complex call flow logic and reusable tasks took a while to fully click.
     
    Curious to hear your experiences.

    Something I don't understand and don't want to understand are the menus haha..
    I use 100% tasks

    For me, one of the hardest parts initially in Genesys Architect was understanding how data persists across flows, transfers, scripts, and workflows. Things started making much more sense once I understood the differences between Flow variables, Participant Data, and Script variables.

    Reusable tasks and modular flow design also took a while to fully click for me.

    At the beginning, my brain simply froze every time I saw the expression IsNotSetOrEmpty HAHAHA.

    For me, understanding variable behavior between flows, especially the concept of SET and GETIt took some time. It was one of those things I had to discover and really understand through practice.
