I'm Raphael Poliesi from Brazil, and I work exclusively with Genesys Cloud CX.
I handle the full administration side of the platform - setup, integrations, routing, WEM/WFM, and telephony.
Every now and then, I also dive into the development side, playing around with APIs and automations.
