My name is Edgar Dreger, and I have been working with Genesys since 2015. I am a Brazilian analyst specializing in Genesys Engage and Cloud. But my current focus is on the Genesys Cloud.
I joined this community some time ago, but I'm just now enjoying it! 😄
I am currently working on a Genesys integration project with the Genesys Cloud CX Salesforce connector. It has been a very good learning opportunity in Genesys Cloud and in the other major global CRM player.
