This is a very helpful resource, especially for people who are just starting with Genesys Cloud or preparing for an implementation project.

I really like that the onboarding content is centralized in one place. In my experience, having quick access to implementation guidance, documentation, training paths, and community resources makes a big difference during the first stages of a Genesys Cloud journey.

For me, the most valuable sections are usually the documentation/best practices and learning paths, because they help connect the platform concepts with real implementation scenarios.
