We have some some issuees with PureCloud desktop app as it seems to generate constant high CPU utilization on workstations. Issue seems to be related to old Jabra SDK version 1.3.0.0 that causing a high CPU load.

It seems that the latest PureCloud desktop app version 1.13.520 is using the old Jabra SDK which had a CPU utilization bug. New Jabra SDK version v1.4.0.10 was released in October 2018 with a fix. See a post on Jabra developer forum http://developer.jabra.com/forums/posts/list/160.page

Can you please investigate how we could resolve the issue as this has a big impact to agents’ workstations performance.

As this is not a third party development/api usage type of question please take up this issue with Customer Care.

    Hi Jason,

Thanks for your reply, I fully agreed but I already opened ticket quite a while ago but their response were:

"We apologize for the inconvenience but please direct your questions to our PureCloud Developer forum. You may go to the link below and raise a question/inquiry and start a discussion with our developers"

...and they want to close the ticket
