How can I determine if an outside line is on hold or if a consultation is being transferred (customer on hold) using the Notification Service?

    What parameter should I refer to in order to get the status of an outside line being on hold?

    Currently, only calls.held : true / false is used to determine that a call is on hold, but this does not determine that the customer is on hold during the consultation transfer.

    Can an outside line use only calls.confirmed : true / false to determine that the customer is on hold? Or can you please tell me if it is possible to determine pending by referring to both calls.held : true / false and calls.confined : true / false together, or by using completely different parameters?
