hi, some one can help me to achieve the scenario
I have implemented the Genesys web messaging in Headless mode SDk. I initiated the conversation when in refresh the page how can i get current conversation messages.
I have this scenario in Native UI it brings the conversation messages when i refresh, same scenario i'm trying to bring it in Headless mode.
