Hi,
when I used the 3rd party mail function to create a new conversation of type INBOUND, i see the conversation routed to an agent. The agent window shows "this interaction is handled by an external provider." This is also according to documentation. Now I can make an interaction widget to show the information from the third party application. That is also ok. BUT, the main problem is that the UI still shows the "Canned responses" widget for the interaction. If the user would use that, is there a "possibility" that I can get an event that the user want to use this specific canned response and then use the text in my own interaction widget?
