I want to import billing data directly by calling Platform API. (e.g., concurrent users, Communicate Stand-Alone Phone, IVR Basic Per Minute Charge, etc.) How can I get data?

Billing reports can be obtained via the Billing APIs. If this doesn't contain the information you need, you can retrieve data directly from other APIs if it suits your needs, or you can request new data be made available and share your use case at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.
