    Good Morning.

    How do I determine which flows a call went through?

    I have the information sip: c3ad4c95-bd99-4fd7-986e-2ab98874061d@127.0.0.1; language = pt-BR; user = ivr in the Participant Address field, but I can't do anything with it.

    How can I get this via Api?

    Hello,

    One of the ways to find this info is to get the conversation details (Analytics API): GET /api/v2/analytics/conversations/{conversationId}/details

    In the IVR's participant structure (purpose = ivr), check the session in sessions array. The session contains a "flow" attribute - whose value is a structure with flow related information (flowId, flowName, ...).
