  • 1.  How do you change your title on your profile?

    This is such a silly question, but it seems to be too much for me on this Friday.   

    I slightly changed roles a few years ago, and noticed I had never updated my profile here.  When I went to change it, I found everything BUT job title.  I added a Bio, my Education, I changed my notification preferences.  I feel like the answer is simple and it is just besting me!  Please help!

    I'm glad you asked this. I recently had a title change, and updated it under Job History. However, I'm now seeing that it didn't actually update under my profile, and I can't find anywhere to change that. Thus, I second your silly question :)

    Good morning, 

    It does seem silly not to be able to adjust ourselves. I did this once by emailing Genesys Customer Care customercare@genesys.com 

    It took a few days to complete the request.
