How do I clear my head before I start work in the morning?
I hurkle durkle.
Yes, that is a real word. Yes, it is now part of my personality.
I give myself a solid 30 minutes of intentional not-getting-up. No guilt. No dramatic productivity montage. Just a slow entry into the day before I become a person with responsibilities.
Then comes coffee, because obviously.
After that, I take the first quiet stretch of the morning to block out my day, set reminder alarms, and journal for about 15 minutes. Nothing fancy. Just enough structure to keep my brain from opening 47 tabs at once and calling it a plan.
The whole routine takes about an hour and a half to two hours, and honestly? It has become one of the best things I do for myself.
Slow start. Clear head. Coffee first. Chaos later.
