There are so many things in your answer that I just love and miss...
Running is clearly what I miss, if my body could handle it it would still be my first choice too, but walking is now what I prefer, which also gives some amazing experiences.
The second is "smile", something I 100% connect with you - smile and joy = @Samia Khelifi - maybe I should try to introduce the same "think of it as something of the first" - thanks Samia as always very inspiring
And fantastic picture you have included

Subject: How do you ensure a good start to the day?
Thank you Rikke ! Starting the day the way with clearing the cobwebs of the night giving your brain a break is just what I like to do. I run: which ever city, filed, forest, mountain range I found on my way I just do that. When on Business Trip or Holiday this is the best way to visit a place and get a sense of the environment. One last thing I try (and not always succeed) I smile and keep reminding myself that I am 'rich' of experiences and the people around me make it even happier. So start the day with a smile :-). Skc (PS: This view is from a morning run in Brittany)
