How pass input from IVR to script page?

    Hi,

    I want to pass input from IVR for example caller provides an input i.e. unique number, this number has to be sent to scripter page. In scripter need to pass that variable to web page as a input. I request you to kindly provide the information for the same.

    In the IVR, use the Set Screen Pop action to set which script the agent will be shown. In this step, you will be able to assign values for script variables marked as input variables. You can then use those input variables in your script.

    Is there a way to pass this input variable to from script to web page url. When I make a call screen pop up is not displaying,in architect inbound flow has been created like playing audio then screen pop up action here created script was selected later transferring to queue. I am not able to find what configuration is missing. Please guide me.

    Is there a way to pass this input variable to from script to web page url.

    Try using the "Insert Variable" button when configuring the Web Page Source for the web page in the script.

    Thanks for the reply.
