We are using outbound callbacks without an Architect script. The question is how can callback script variables be attached to the conversation attributes so we can report on it? I do understand that we can call an API via data action to write the data somewhere else but we do not have an end point with such API to do so and the requirement is to have these variables attached to the conversation attributes. The calling list variables are created and are all showing as boolean with output switcher enabled. When querying callback conversation details, I only see these variables with their default value (False). The objective is to be able to attach the script question labels and the variable values when selected by the agent during the call and script usage. Opening a case with Genesys support didn't hep, so may be someone has tried this and has an idea how to do it?

Got this to work by updating the script string variables and then adding a custom action to update the contact list outbound variables.
