Hello,
We are looking for a way to bulk export one month's worth of agent performance data by agent/day in CSV format. When exporting CSV from the agent performance view, it is inefficient because it needs to be exported for each agent. Que: I found no such option in the Agent Performance view in the GenesysCloud UI. Is it possible to export all agents at once using the analysis API? If possible, please let me know which API endpoint I should use.
